Subscription & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how the JOVIN subscription works, how you are billed, and how to modify or cancel at any time. By enrolling in a subscription on tryjovin.com, you agree to these terms.

1. How the subscription works

When you purchase a JOVIN Sonic Toothbrush with a subscription, you receive a recurring refill delivery of consumable products (brush head, toothpaste, and floss) on a regular schedule. The standard refill is $29 for the three products when subscribed with a toothbrush purchase. Unit and bundle subscription prices are displayed on each product page and may change with prior notice.

2. Automatic renewal and billing

Your subscription renews automatically. By subscribing, you authorize NOVALY LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the price and interval disclosed at checkout, until you cancel. Each charge occurs on or around your scheduled refill date, and your refill ships shortly after.

3. No minimum commitment

There is no contract and no minimum commitment. You are free to modify or cancel at any time without penalty.

4. How to cancel

You can cancel at any time through your customer portal in a few clicks. To avoid being charged for an upcoming refill, cancel before your next scheduled billing date. Cancellation stops all future charges. If you need help, email contact@tryjovin.com and we will cancel it for you.

5. How to modify, pause, or skip

From your customer portal you can also pause your subscription, skip a delivery, change your next delivery date, adjust the products, or update your payment and shipping details at any time. Changes made before your next billing date apply to your next order.

6. Price changes

If we change your subscription price, we will notify you in advance so you can continue, modify, or cancel before the new price takes effect.

7. Failed payments

If a scheduled payment fails, we may retry the charge or pause your subscription until your payment method is updated. Update your payment details anytime in your customer portal.

8. Refunds on subscription orders

Refill orders are covered by our standard Refund and Return Policy. Once a refill order has been processed, it is treated as a standard order. To avoid an unwanted charge, cancel or skip before your next billing date.
