Refund & Return Policy
At JOVIN, we want you to love your routine. This policy explains how returns, refunds, replacements, and warranty claims work for all orders placed on tryjovin.com.
1. 30-day satisfaction guarantee
You may request a return for most items within 30 days of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your JOVIN Sonic Toothbrush, you can return it within this window for a refund, subject to the conditions below.
2. How to start a return
Email contact@tryjovin.com with your order number and reason for return. If eligible, we will send you a return authorization and the return shipping address. Please do not send items back before receiving authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.
3. Return shipping costs
For satisfaction returns (you changed your mind), return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend a tracked method, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we cover all costs.
4. Condition of returned items
The toothbrush may be returned even if tried, as long as it is returned in its original packaging with all accessories. We may decline a refund or apply a partial refund if an item is returned in a condition beyond reasonable trial use.
5. Items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
For health and safety reasons, toothpaste, dental floss, and replacement brush heads cannot be returned or refunded once opened or used, unless they are defective. Unopened consumables in their original sealed packaging may be returned within the 30-day window.
6. Defective or damaged items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not working as intended, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or description. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, at no cost to you.
7. Wrong item received
If you received an item different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days. We will ship the correct item and cover all related shipping costs.
8. One-year warranty on the toothbrush
Every JOVIN Sonic Toothbrush is covered by a 1-year limited warranty from delivery against manufacturing defects and mechanical malfunction under normal use.
Covered: defects in materials or workmanship, motor failure, charging failure, and other malfunctions during normal use. Not covered: normal wear, battery capacity reduction over time, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized repairs, cosmetic wear, and consumable parts such as brush heads.
To claim, email contact@tryjovin.com with your order number and a description. If approved, we send a free replacement unit.
9. Refund processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post it. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable except for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
10. Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund after the expected period, check your bank account again, then contact your card issuer. If you still have not received it, contact contact@tryjovin.com.
11. Order cancellations
We process orders within 24 hours. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not been processed for shipment, we will cancel it and refund you fully. Once shipped, it follows the standard return process.
12. Subscription orders
Refill orders follow the same rules above. You can modify, pause, skip, or cancel anytime through your customer portal before your next billing date. Once a refill order has been processed, it is treated as a standard order.
