Shipping Policy

This policy explains how and when your JOVIN order is processed and delivered. It applies to all orders placed on tryjovin.com.

1. Free shipping

We offer free shipping on every order, with no minimum purchase. The shipping cost shown at checkout will be zero.

2. Order processing time

Orders are processed quickly, typically within 24 hours, and dispatched from our fulfillment centers on business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

3. Delivery estimates

Once dispatched, delivery within the United States typically takes 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location. These are estimates, not guarantees.

4. Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, you receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow some time for tracking to update. If you have not received tracking within a few days, contact contact@tryjovin.com.

5. Shipping destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. If you are located elsewhere, email contact@tryjovin.com and we will let you know whether we can serve your region.

6. Shipping delays

Delays can occur due to carrier issues, weather, high-demand periods, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will help track down any order running late.

7. Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately and we will correct it if the order has not shipped.

8. Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot locate it, check with your household and neighbors and confirm the address. If you still cannot find it, contact contact@tryjovin.com and we will help.

9. Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a free replacement or refund per our Refund and Return Policy.

10. Subscription shipments

Active subscriptions ship automatically on your selected schedule under the same free shipping terms. Manage your delivery dates anytime from your customer portal.
