JOVIN Creator Program Terms

1. Gifted product. JOVIN may send you a free toothbrush to create content. In return, you agree to publish at least one video featuring the product on your own social account within 14 days of delivery, and to share the raw video file with JOVIN.
2. Commission only. You earn 20% of the first order of each new customer you refer through your personal link, calculated after discounts and excluding VAT and shipping. No commission on repeat orders, refill deliveries, your own purchases, or orders that are cancelled, refunded or returned within 30 days. The tracking cookie lasts 30 days. There is no fixed fee and no guaranteed earnings.
3. Payouts. Commissions are paid by PayPal once a month, around the 15th, for sales older than 30 days. Minimum payout: $25. Earnings below this amount roll over to the next month.
4. Paid ads. JOVIN may ask to use your video in paid advertising, under separate terms agreed with you. JOVIN does not guarantee any ad spend, reach or distribution.
5. Honest content. Only share your genuine experience with the product. Do not make medical claims (for example "cures", "heals" or "regrows gums") and do not name competitor brands.
6. Disclosure. Clearly label your posts as an ad or gifted, in line with UK ASA and CMA rules.
7. Ending the program. Either party can leave the program at any time by email. Commissions already earned on qualifying sales remain payable.
